The windmill at the Manitoba Heritage Village Museum is the only fully operational windmill in Canada with the flour being sold at the museum.

The windmill was designed with a fan tail, a feature not commonly seen on windmills in North America. Visitors can view the interior of the windmill and, when wind conditions permit, watch the windmill in operation.
