Villa Cimbrone is a historic building on the southern coast of Italy, and its crowning jewel is the breathtaking views, on its Terrace of Infinity, which boasts Roman-style statue busts along the fence, overlooking the ocean of the Amalfi coast. The gardens of Villa Cimbrone are also magical, and you can spend an afternoon exploring and wandering around, viewing old art work and learning about an Englishman who moved to Italy after the death of his young wife.

Know Before You Go

There is a small cover fee (bring euros). Ravello only has a few roads that cars are allowed on so you will need to make your way on foot from the town's center. For lunch, head to Villa Maria around the corner, which has deliciously fresh foods and similar views (though without the statues!)
