The Šeduvos mill began in 1905 until it was destroyed by fire. The mill would remain defunct until the Soviet era of 1967, when it was briefly utilized as an entertainment center. However, the mill was eventually abandoned once again and left to the devices of nature. Then during the early 2000s, an opportunity arose to save the mill. It received a makeover and was transformed into a restaurant and hotel; creating the ideal place for travelers to experience Lithuanian culture.
