Sculpture Trails is the perfect blend of outdoor experience and art appreciation. With well over 100 eclectic sculptures of various sizes, this park is a delight to all the senses. There are several paths through the woods, so each visit is different. The sculptures are lovely any time of year, but the change of the seasons exposes different qualities—hiding some figures with leaves in summer, filling the contours of others with snow in winter.

First created in 2002, the park hosts unique community events and private workshops. Public events include metal pours, where visitors can watch artists heat scrap metal in a smelting furnace and pour the molten liquid into molds. The aluminum pour is particularly popular, as anyone can create a relief sculpture for an affordable price.

The trails are open to anyone, from 9 am to 5 pm for self-guided tours. There are maps to help visitors better appreciate the art. For a small fee, groups of 10 or more can arrange a guided tour.

Know Before You Go

There is a large, gravel parking area just off the road for visitors. The hiking trails are on the other side of the events barn from the parking lot. Pick up a laminated map at the start of the trail. The dirt paths are not wheelchair accessible and you'll want sturdy shoes to negotiate the changes in elevation and small streams.
