Lime Wharf
Residential building on the Regents Canal is a breeding ground for creativity and innovation.
Lime Wharf opened in spring 2013 in the heart of London’s Creative Quarter. It sits on the edge of Regent’s Canal (see Regent’s Canal) as a residential building with an aim to combine new with old, art with science, and city life with the serenity of a waterfront view.
This innovative and experimental centre welcomes both artists and scientists to collaborate in residencies, think tanks, gatherings and stimulating exhibitions. Founded and curated by creative radical Thomas Ermacora, the space aims to engage with the public and local communities through a series of participatory exhibitions and sensual events tackling various and diverse topics ranging from DIY ethics and sustainable practices to cutting edge technologies.
