About

As visitors travel down Reading Boulevard in Reading, Pennsylvania they will find a decades-old monument created and designed by a local resident. Behind the monument is one of the nation’s busiest train tracks. The monument provides loads of questions and no answers. One can only assume that the adoration the creator had for Roosevelt drove them to design and fund this unique monument.
