About

The Riekermolen is located south of the beautiful and green Amstelpark, near De Borcht. It stands on the west side of the Amstel River. It's one of the easy-to-access windmills in Amsterdam.

What's great about this windmill is the surroundings, greenery, and the beautiful river, it's a perfect area for a bike tour, and the Riekermolen is the best stop for a picnic.

Know Before You Go

Getting to the windmill is easy. You can access it via public transport, bike or a car. From May to September between 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm the windmill is operational.
