About

This used book store is a hidden gem in an unexpected place: the Milwaukee airport. It's likely this was the first airport-based used book store in the world when it opened in 1979, and it's currently the only one of its kind in the United States (Another used book store, 2nd Edition Book Sellers, at Raleigh-Durham International Airport closed in 2017.)

The shop has just enough chaos to suck you in, but enough organization to make it possible to find your next treasure, and the prices entice you to load down your carry-on. The staff is beautifully geeky and interested in everything. It would be easy to get lost in this collection and miss your flight.
