Nestled in the canyons of Orange County, California, stands a 75-year-old sculpture rescued from the scrapyard. It was given a second life by local artists Pamela and Thomas Wishart, who had the vision of using it to bring William Shakespeare back to life as a piece of art for the community to engage with. A different theme is chosen for every holiday and the Wisharts encourage people to take pictures with this quirky statue.
Know Before You Go
If Shakespeare is missing, he’ll return soon, he’s probably doing a costume change. The statue is outside a private residence, so please do not disturb.
