“Gentle Breeze” is the newest art piece in Boise and is a centerpiece of Cherie Buckner-Webb Park in Boise. 

The Park is a tribute to Idaho’s first black legislator and is a beautiful place to relax and take pictures with the Boise foothills in the background.
