About

The periscope built into the wall in front of the urinals at Doc's Marina Grill on Bainbridge Island is unique in the world, according to their website. While relieving oneself, have a look around Eagle Harbor. (Those who don't identify as men can ask the staff to clear the room for a chance to look into the periscope.)

The mirrors used in the periscope are about the size of those found on the backs of doors and provide a commanding view. Lee Scott, a CMU design graduate, is credited for designing this unusual bathroom view.
