We’ll depart for our welcome dinner from El Parador Bed & Breakfast at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15. El Parador is located in downtown Santa Fe, roughly an hour from Albuquerque International Airport, or 20 minutes from Santa Fe Regional Airport. Activity Level

This tour is moderately active. Travelers should be reasonably fit and feel comfortable walking 3 to 5 miles over the course of each day, outside in the sun. Travelers should also be comfortable horseback riding at a beginner level. For those who choose not to ride, there is an optional shuttle tour available, as well as several hiking trails.

We'll be staying at The Parador in downtown Santa Fe. There are a variety of rooming configurations available, and single travelers should be prepared to share a room with another traveler of the same gender, depending on the composition of the group. Single travelers who would like to have a room to themselves can book private accommodations with a single supplement of $400.

Health & Safety

Note that Santa Fe, New Mexico stands at 7,100 feet in elevation, which can make physical activity more demanding. Altitude affects some more than others; if you are sensitive to altitude, we encourage you to arrive a day or two early to acclimate.
