In 2016, the Pakistan National Bank (PNB) chose this record-breaking location to show off their technical skills. The bank decided to install an automated teller machine at 4,693 meters (15,397 feet) above sea level. The PNB has little worries about their machine going offline. The atm is solar-powered and higher than most clouds.

Know Before You Go

Be careful as you walk up, this border crossing is one of the few where you switch between left-hand driving/right-hand driving as you change countries. Look twice as you cross the street.
