This one-room schoolhouse has big history lessons to share with students. Visitors can step back in time at the West Bay Common School Children’s Museum, where the 1898 Schoolhouse Session is designed for children to experience a day in the life of a turn-of-the-century student. From traditionally dressed Victorian School Marms to antique maps and a wood-burning stove, this immersive experience teaches history in an engaging way.
