The late, great Stasiu’s Bar may have been sold and overhauled into the more polished Stanley’s Bar Room as of a few years ago, but the new owners still had the good sense to keep around one of the building’s most historic elements: the urinals in the men’s bathroom.

Over 100 years old, these five-foot-tall Art Deco-style marble monuments are still in complete working order. Pulled out of the now-defunct West Hotel in the 1940s, it’s rumored that at some point Al Capone once relieved himself in one of these beauties.

Stop into Stanley’s for a round of beers (they have 32 craft brews on tap) and maybe a bite to eat (homemade beer-battered mushrooms) but whatever you do, don’t forget to make a stop in the historic bathroom before you leave. Many women have been known to make a quick dash into the men’s room for a peek.
